The Pirates Qualifier is designed to offer a high-quality competitive experience while minimizing stress and scheduling conflicts. We use a flexible scheduling system that allows players to coordinate their matches at their convenience within a set time frame.
Structured Rounds with Flexibility: Each round has a designated time window (e.g., 4 days per round) during which players must complete their matches.
Pod-Based Scheduling: After being assigned to a pod, a dedicated chat room will be created for each group of players to discuss and agree on a suitable time to play within the specified time frame.
Conflict Resolution: If players are unable to agree on a time, the tournament administration reserves the right to assign a fixed match time that is as accommodating as possible for all involved.
Optimized for Quality Play: This system ensures that players can participate at their best, avoiding the fatigue of long, uninterrupted play sessions and ensuring every match is played with focus and competitive integrity.
Ideal for Online Play: No need to be physically present at a specific time or location—play when it suits you, while keeping to the tournament schedule.
By prioritizing flexibility and player collaboration, we aim to create a smooth, enjoyable tournament experience that maintains the competitive spirit of cEDH while accommodating the schedules of all participants.

At Pirates Qualifier, we strive for a friendly and competitive atmosphere. Here’s how we handle potential disputes and ensure fair play:
Player Competence: We trust that players are knowledgeable enough to handle their own interactions during matches. However, judges are available to resolve any disputes or complex interactions.
Dispute Tickets: If a conflict arises, players can open a ticket for our admins to step in and assist in resolving the issue.
Fair Play Commitment: We do not tolerate rule-abusing or disruptive behavior. Players who intentionally waste time or attempt to derail the tournament may be removed by the admin team.
Global Bans: Any violations or unfair behavior that result in removal from the tournament will lead to a ban from all European tournaments within the series.
Tournament Start Date: February 15 – Don’t miss out, make sure you have your ticket by then!
No Physical Presence Required: Since this is an online tournament, you don’t need to be physically present at any given location.
Tournament Structure: The flexible scheduling allows for relaxed play while maintaining the competitiveness of the event.
Pod Creation: Pods are created on February 15, and each pod has 24 hours to agree on a match time. If players can’t agree, the admin team will set a time for them.
